Change Management Solutions works alongside organisations to navigate complex projects, transformation and change with clarity and confidence.
The brief was to create a complete visual brand identity that would position the business confidently within the corporate market, reflecting the experience, strategic thinking and credibility behind the consultancy while establishing a distinctive and cohesive presence.
At the centre of the identity is a custom icon inspired by transformation and forward movement. Four interconnected triangles come together to form a unified mark, with each element representing one of the four key areas of the business: Programme Management, Project Management, Change Management and Project Consulting. Together, they reflect the interconnected nature of successful transformation, where multiple moving parts need to align around a shared direction.
The wider brand system was developed to feel professional, considered and contemporary, creating a flexible identity that could be applied consistently across digital and corporate communications while giving Change Management Solutions a strong foundation for future growth.
